1. We are a Christian company with compassion.
2. 90% of our clients chose us over the competition because of our clarity. The client is not confused as to what our, as well as their, responsibilities are, or the hourly rate or flat rate for their move or delivery. We are very informative, we have no problems repeating ourselves, there are no stupid questions, we do not expect our clients to know our industry, they are not scratching their heads when they get off the phone with us.
3. It is 100% the clients responsibility to ask their mover, after receiving a quote, "is there any additional charges", or they will not disclose this to you. We DO NOT have any additional surprise charges. No tax, fuel sur-charges, stair charges, misc. charges, etc. Just the hourly or flat rate provided. We even break the clients time down into 15 minute increments to save them as much money as possible.
4. We do not base our quotes for long distance moves on weight or cubic feet. This is a guestimate from the estimator which can and will change the price of the move upon delivery. We provide a legal and binding FLAT RATE NOT TO EXCEED PRICE!
5. We are most likely the highest paying for professional movers in Florida. We take movers from other companies and pay them what they deserve. It takes an average of 5 years at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to make $20 per hour. We START our men out at that rate and go up from there.

7. Running 8 trucks and 23 men daily, at our disposal, we can do same day moves and deliveries and we do not have 3 to 4 hour minimums like our competition.
8. We check our major competitors' prices monthly to keep our pricing slightly below their rates.
9. We do not ship consolidated. We ship the clients items only. This is why many companies do not arrive on time to their clients due to delays from other deliveries. We also avoid this due to cross contamination from bedbugs, cockroaches, and termites which are rampant in the Florida weather.
10. We offer 72 hours notice for our clients to provide us with any changes to the day or time of their move or delivery, without losing their deposit.
11. We provide full or partial packing services the same day of the move if under 40 boxes. Anything over 40 boxes, packing will be completed the day prior.
12. We are full-service. We disconnect and reconnect as well as disassemble and reassemble all items. Most movers will not disconnect a washer and dryer for an elderly client.
13. We do not charge extra to remove TV's or TV wall mounts from walls. We only charge the hourly or flat rate given to the client for ALL services. NO SURPRISE CHARGES AT MOVE IT ALL, LLC.!
14. We do not underbid to get a client's business. We provide an accurate quote based on the information provided by the client.
15. We point out any previous damage to the client before moving anything so they feel comfortable knowing it was not our company. Other movers like to hide damages, especially when they have loaded the clients truck from out of state or the clients local storage unit.
16. We only use large trucks which makes small moves go even faster with less configuring with stacking.
17. We do not abuse the client's payment source. Clients are sent a secured link to make payment for their security. We do not not keep cards on file unless requested by the client.
18. There are no contracts, only clients approval with a small refundable deposit to hold clients moving or delivery day and time.
19. We contact all clients the day before their move and on moving day when in route.
20. We provide phone or video walkthroughs for more accurate quotes and utilize Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com, when a client's photos are available online when selling their home.
