Had a really great experience at the Black Lapel store in NYC and with the online customer service. I have several suits from Indochino and wanted a step up and had researched several companies and decided to take a chance with BL. I needed a suit/tux for my wedding and saw that they have premium materials like VBC. Marcus helped me and selected a limited production suit. Marcus is the MAN. He had wonderful suggestions and measured me PERFECTLY. When I came back in a few weeks, the suit fit SPOT ON. This was something I never pictured from a MTM store like this. No alterations needed at all. He has a great knowledge of suits, fitting, and overall great customer service. I also requested through the online service to have this suit specially made to have full canvas and initially they said it could not be done because it was not part of their premium line but they were able to make an exception.
